Kenwood 710 is cheaper. So why would you buy this for APRS/Mobile radio over the Kenwood?
H.R.O. has a price of 599 and they are saying early Jan. they will have them to sell.
Yup, it shows cross band repeat... thats a good thing... kinda figured it would be in there but you never know...
a few other updates to Universal's site...
Also there is an upgrade for the VX-8 which will allow smart beaconing... but its 60 dolla…
